Introducing our first destination as well as the First Episode!

In this first episode, my team is going to Marina Bay Sands to explore the surrounding area.The reason why my team choose Marina Bay Sands is because its new and its the first Casino that is built in Singapore. So, by introducing this place, tourist and even Singaporeans can go here to have a sight-seeing and also to have a time of their own forgetting all their problems and just chill.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT MARINA BAY SANDS

Marina Bay Sands is one of two winning proposals for Singapore's first Integrated Resorts, the other being the Resorts World Sentosa, which incorporates a family-friendly Universal Studios Theme Park. The two large-scale resorts were conceived to meet Singapore's economic and tourism objectives for the next decade and they will have 30-year casino licenses, exclusive for the first ten years.

 Bidders were assessed based on four criteria:

• tourism appeal and contribution 
• architectural concept and design
• development investment
• strength of the consortium and partners
